Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. For exchanging our returning please contact our Customer Service.
RETURN PERIOD: We offer a return period of 14 days, starting from when the package is received. Within this period, you can return your package without providing a reason. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.
RETURN CONDITIONS: All items must be returned in unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with the tags still attached. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return your order for a refund or opt for a voucher with an added bonus.

Once your return has been processed, the refund to a digital gift card typically takes 2-3 business days. You’ll receive an email with the gift card details, valid for 12 months.

Refund to Original Payment Method: If you choose to receive your refund via your original payment method, it usually takes 7-10 business days. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days. You can track your return using the tracking information provided with your shipment. Once the refund is issued, you’ll receive an email notification. Please note it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. Our team will assess your request and opt for the best solution.

Certain sale items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for a refund.

Items that have exceeded the 14-day return window.

Any item returned worn or damaged that was not previously disclosed to our customer support team will have its return voided, and products will be destroyed.
RETURN COSTS: Returns are at your own cost, depending on the courier and the country from which you are returning your package.
Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges (import duty or tax) on returns. You will be responsible for all costs associated with returning your order. Please keep proof of shipment until your order is returned to our warehouse. We are not able to cover any issues if you cannot provide track & trace or proof of shipment.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME: Once you indicate that you would like to return a product, we will begin processing your return immediately to ensure it is completed as quickly as possible.
After receiving your return at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 10 working days. You can track the status of your return with the tracking information provided.
